Fall is here and with it comes lots of fun stuff like.... pumpkins!
One of the funnest snacks we've made lately was roasted
pumpkin seeds! They were delicious!!! We hope to show you
here, through informative pictures, how we did it.
You start with, of course, a pumpkin;
we used a fresh one that a friend had given Gavin.
Scoop all the inside out into a bowl
or straight into the colander to be washed.
Clean of all the seeds 'til they're
nice and shiny white.
At this point you'll want to season them.
We used:
Butter
Salt
Garlic Powder
and Creole Seasoning
We cooked over an open flame, but you can just
as well do it in an oven if you'd like.
Cook 'em 'til they're brown and crispy.
Enjoy!
Here is a video tutorial from our YouTube channel on how we did it.
Hope y'all like it. :)

Also Alice's blog Whatsoever Things Are Lovely is up and running; still
far from being setup all the way, but y'all should go ahead and
check it out (more to come about that later).
Hope y'all are having a wonderful fall and have a great Thanksgiving too!
"Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks, for this is the will
of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
What are you thankful for?
